SpaceX's Starship is paving the road to Mars.

SpaceX’s goal is to make life multi-planetary and Starship is integral to its mission. While Starship is currently in the early stages of its test program, its engineers are focused on making it a fully-and-rapidly-reusable rocket that can send tons of cargo and many humans to Earth Orbit, the Moon, and eventually on to Mars. SpaceX engineers are reinventing rocket science as we know it to make this science fiction dream a reality. As of April 20, 2023, Starship became the tallest and most powerful rocket ever to fly.

For years, we’ve captured footage of Starship and the humans that build it. Now, we are preparing a documentary Starship film that commemorates this exciting first step as humanity works to become a multi-planetary species.

Documenting the Starship era

We have moved to Boca Chica, TX, to document SpaceX’s development of their most ambitious, fully reusable rocket and the Starbase City they’re building around it. Starship will soon be the most powerful launch vehicle in the world, destined to take cargo and humans to Earth Orbit, the Moon, Mars, and beyond.
