download, install, or use our Meta Quest application, Rocket Launch VR; or
engage with us in other related ways, including customer support, sales, marketing, or events.

1. What information do we collect?
Information you provide directly to us
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us, request support, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with us.

Information processed when you use Rocket Launch VR
When you use Rocket Launch VR, we may process limited information necessary to operate the app and provide its features.
Subscription-related information
If you purchase or hold a subscription for Rocket Launch VR through the Meta platform, we may process limited subscription-related information made available by Meta in order to operate the subscription feature.
This may include:
whether your subscription is active;
the subscription product, plan, or SKU;
a subscription or entitlement identifier;
subscription period start and end dates;
renewal, expiration, or cancellation status; and
a platform user identifier needed to verify entitlement and provide access to subscriber features.
We use this information only as needed to operate subscription features in Rocket Launch VR and related support, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Sensitive personal information
We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information.

For Rocket Launch VR subscriptions, we may receive limited subscription-related platform data from Meta in order to verify entitlement and provide subscription features.

We do not charge a fee for data deletion requests.
Please note that we may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. If we cannot fulfill a deletion request in full, we will explain the reason.
Some account, purchase, subscription, or transaction records may be maintained by Meta as part of its platform services. Requests relating to information controlled by Meta may need to be handled through Meta’s own account, privacy, or support tools.
